Air

Dehumidified outside air from multiple central air handling units. 3 cooling towers located on the roof level, serving 3 condenser units. The chilled water system comprises 3 chiller units located within the Level 33 plant room.

Fire System

Network of smoke detectors and various other sensors throughout the building. Automatic fire sprinkler system, hydrants, hose-reels, and portable fire extinguishers. Early Warning Inter-communication System (EWIS).

There are two sets of fire stairwells on each floor which are located in the southern and northern Services Core of each floor.
